self help?

i often write on my blog a couple of things to give inspiration..hope..faith..whatever..and i havent really done that lately..in fact..i havent done it in a long time..last night i had one of those nights where a friend reached out to me and asked for some of that advice..and i kinda found myself tryin to follow my own words... i just needed a clear head..some time to think..sometimes we can let our problems, fears, even worries affect the way we act on a daily basis..and we can become unsatisfied with what we become..and unfortunately thats when u realize that for that moment in time you are not happy with yourself..learning to live with yourself is one of the hardest things to do in life..we can attain any type of material things if we really wanted to..but learning to change your deepest thoughts and learning to live with your past has to be one of the greatest challenges anyone can go through..

it doesnt matter how crazy your situation may be.you always have at least two choices in life.we are all placed in situations where at times we feel hopeless..people walk in and out of your life..some people will hurt you..some people will be real..some people will be fake..and awkwardly enough sometimes someone will hurt you to help you (tough love)...sometimes the choices you make in life wont have a positive outcome..but we always have choices..most of the time when u feel have no choice..you are just giving up and choosing the easiest option..thats some food for thought huh.. Sometimes it is easier to make decisions for others than to wait for them to take action themselves. Sometimes it is easier to allow others to make decisions for us rather than face the consequences ourselves.We all tend to stay in our comfort zones, no matter how uncomfortable they may be.. Choice is the first step outside of that comfort zone and into the world of happiness. Human existence is based on balance. We are all made up of good and bad, light and dark... yin and yang... strengths and weaknesses...We spend so much of our time focused on one side or the other.... but rest assured both sides are always present.

What would joy be if we had never experienced pain? Would we appreciate good as much if we had never seen evil? Would laughter feel as wonderful if we had never shed tears?

we are human..and we are blessed with strengths and weaknesses. The truly successful people in life don't sit on the weaknesses, they find a way to turn them into strengths.

so even when life gives you more downs than ups..more losses than wins..always look forward in a positive direction..dont look back..and if you must look back..use your experiences of the past to mold a positive future..learn from mistakes..the school of life will teach u many lessons..and if we keep paying attention in class..we will never stop learning..just stay awake...


i hope that by me writing this..in some way i helped someone out there..made their day.or enlightened them in a positive way..

i often get asked whether i would touch or finish someone else work..i dont really mind doin it..in this particular case the client had a silhouette of a shark tattooed on his arm.he wanted to make it a little more interesting since he wasnt happy with it..i came up with doin a realistic shark behind the previous tattoo and added silhouettes of other sea animals around the background to match..
